All payments are done through PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to purchase and most major Credit Cards are accepted. It's very secure and covers you for things like us sending your stuff to the wrong Hemisphere.
SHIPPING COSTS - Add your items to the cart then select your Country and click Update to see the shipping cost before you place an order.
Items may be subject to additional customs charges / import taxes - this varies by product & country, please check with your local customs agency. These fees are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. Please be aware of this before placing any orders.
**BREXIT**
The UK has left the European Union and as such customs charges will most likely be added by EU countries.
If the Shopping Cart says we don't ship to your Country then email us and we'll sort something out. There a good chance it's been missed out because we didn't think anyone there had heard of House of Pistard.
Orders are sent in Biodegradable packaging.
We try to send stuff the next working day, but it's not always possible. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation sent to your PayPal email address.
EU orders usually take 5-7 days from dispatch to arrive but please wait 3 weeks before getting in touch about missing packages. Further afield is anything between 1-3 weeks depending on how remote you are but please leave at least 3 weeks from your dispatch confirmation email before worrying about where your stuff is.
Shirt sizes are approximate. Every tee is slightly different but we don't sew them together so it's out of our hands.
